This Privacy Policy explains how 3 Body Labs Corporation ("3 Body Labs", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit 3bodylabs.ai, create an account, or use the creative tools offered on it, including Universal Simulator. Together we call these the Service.
StoryClaw, ClawBot and Cloud ClawBot are 3 Body Labs products offered at storyclaw.com. When you use them, the StoryClaw Privacy Policy at storyclaw.com/privacy applies instead of this one.

We collect only what the Service needs to work:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When you use a creative tool, the content of your request is processed by AI models, which may be operated by third-party model providers, so that a result can be generated and returned to you. We do not use your content to train models without your permission.
We share personal information with a small number of processors, only to the extent needed to run the Service:
We may also disclose information where legally required, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of 3 Body Labs or others.
Payments are processed by Stripe. 3 Body Labs never receives or stores your full card number. We retain only the transaction and subscription records needed for billing, support, and accounting.
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual files from your library at any time.
To delete your account and its associated data, write to us at [email protected] from the email address on the account. Deletion is permanent and any remaining credit balance becomes unusable. We keep transaction and tax records for the period required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We operate from the United States and have teams in Singapore, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms and require our processors to protect it to the standard described in this policy.
The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or older where your country requires a higher minimum age for consent to data processing. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege handling of production data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the Service safe and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
