These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and 3 Body Labs Corporation ("3 Body Labs", "we", "us"). They govern your use of 3bodylabs.ai and the creative tools offered on it, including Universal Simulator — together, the Service.
StoryClaw, ClawBot and Cloud ClawBot are governed by the StoryClaw Terms of Service at storyclaw.com/terms. Agent Cloud provider deployments are governed by the commercial agreement signed with 3 Body Labs.
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share your account or transfer it to anyone else.
Creative tools consume credits. Credits are a prepaid unit of account for measuring usage of the Service. They are not money, hold no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where the law requires a refund, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and may remove content that does. Where practical, we will tell you why.
You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Service and, as between you and us, of the output generated for you. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate and support the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period.
You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit your content, and for the content itself.
AI output is generated by statistical models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Similar inputs may produce similar output for different users, so output is not guaranteed to be unique. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish or rely on it.
The Service integrates third parties such as Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in, and AI model providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
We may add, change, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially reduces functionality you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice.
You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service would create a security or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — do survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Body Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold 3 Body Labs harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and 3 Body Labs consent to venue there. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For material changes we will give notice by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
